• Gamyam by Denissons reserves the right of admission.

• Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please carry a valid ID with you to ensure a smooth check-in process.

• Tariff includes Complimentary Breakfast. Free Wi-Fi Connection and Free access to Swimming pool and Gym (6:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

• Extra Bed/ Person charged @ 2,000 + Taxes, Adults above 18 years are not allowed to share the room on triple occupancy.

• Applicable GST is applied to the Room Rate per night per room.

• It is the responsibility of the guest to provide the GST number and to ensure it features on their invoice prior to departure. The resort will not be responsible if it is not shared prior to check out and no claims regarding this will be entertained at any period.

• The Room will be held on confirmed basis, subject to guarantee by the guest’s party either in writing or by the provision of credit card details to the reservation team.

• Credit card information provided for securing the booking will be considered as authorization and any charges will be charged to that card.

• All non-guaranteed reservations will be released 48hrs before the date of arrival.

• Transfers from Airport/Railway station/Bus station are arranged at an additional cost.

• In case of advance purchase bookings, full deposit is non-refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

• In case of cash payment exceeding INR 50,000, a PAN Card is mandatory to be shared.

• Usage of gym, swimming pool, beach, sports, steam, sauna, chill pool and any such facilities will be at your own risk. Please consult your doctor before taking any therapies or while using the facilities.

• We appreciate keeping the noise level down and using headphones instead of speakers on mobile phones or any such devices, in the public areas.

• Spa, Yoga and Ayurveda facilities are no noise zones. Kindly avoid talking loudly or using phones.

• As per the law, smoking is prohibited in public areas including the lobby, restaurants and bars/lounge, swVimming pool and health club of the resort. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking zones only.

• Guest will be responsible for any loss or damage of property caused by them or any person they are responsible of.

• Facilities like pool, Gym, Spa Equipment & Play area require periodic maintenance. Guests are requested to check with resort management prior to booking of their rooms. Management shall not held responsible for non-availability of any such facilities.

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Uttara Kannada.

• Please note that, Jio mobile network works well here and Airtel, Vodafone, Idea & BSNL have very limited or no network in the Resort. However, our Wi-Fi access is available.
